Part‑Time Receptionist Wanted – Perfect for a Uni Student!
We’re looking for a local university student to join our busy physiotherapy clinic as our evening receptionist. This role fits easily around study and is a great way to build real admin and customer service experience.
You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic—greeting patients, answering calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and helping keep everything running smoothly.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re a fast learner, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy connecting with people.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 4pm–7pm

Expert Running Physio - Jared Faulkner

Jared is our go to physio on all things running. With degrees in Physical Education and Physiotherapy and a long history of competeting in ironman and 1/2 marathons, Jared loves to help anyone wanting to improve their running efficiency, from school athletes, couch to 5km or seasoned runners.

If your struggling with niggling or recurring running injuries, Jared will use the SFMA screening assessment. SFMA stands for Selective Functional Movement Assessment. Out of the USA, this assessment offers a global outlook to how your body moves and how each component affects each other. It is an amazing tool to diagnose, especially for clients who have been receiving local treatment on their “injured” area, but is not getting much benefit or keeps getting reinjured on the same part – maybe other parts are involved and this is where the SFMA steps in.

We don’t just “treat” the painful part; that is because often we find the painful part isn’t always the main problem! It is trying to compensate for the “faulty” part that’s not in pain.

We have an exciting opportunity for a local university student to take on the role of part time receptionist in our fast-paced physiotherapy clinic 2 or 3 evenings per week.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the professionalism and efficiency of our clinic.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, is a fast learner, with strong attention to detail, and has a proactive approach to responsibilities.

The role involves warmly greeting patients, managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and ensuring an overall seamless and positive experience for our patients

The days required are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4pm to 7pm.
