We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and organised part-time receptionist to join our team at Ultrasound Orewa, a locally owned and operated medical imaging clinic.

πŸ“… Role Details:
Starting hours: Minimum 4.5 hours per week

Increasing to: ~18 hours/week as the year progresses (1 weekday, 1 evening, every second Saturday – short day) to cover maternity leave

Additional hours: Opportunity to pick up extra shifts covering staff leave

🧠 This role may suit:
A university student studying in the healthcare or medical field looking for hands-on experience in a clinical environment. Someone looking to take a step back from full time work. Interested? Please apply

Someone with great communication, a positive attitude, and attention to detail

A team player who is also confident working independently

Welcoming and checking in patients

Managing bookings, referrals, and phone/email enquiries

Supporting the clinical team with general admin duties

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking

Availability to work one evening and every second Saturday

Healthcare knowledge is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided

We wanted to share a change to our dating scan pricing. Effective 1st August, our initial dating scans will now be available at a cost of $50, any follow up dating scans required will be $80.

This decision was not made lightly. We have been doing our best to keep this service free for as long as possible, but due to rising business costs, it is no longer feasible to continue offering this service at no charge.
