Bereavement pānui on behalf of the Sisley whānau regarding the passing of their beloved Daniel George Sisley, who sadly passed away on Sunday 30th November 2025 surrounded by his loving whānau. Matua Daniel is currently laying in state at Te Mangungu Marae, Naenae. He will remain here until a date and time is confirmed for his whānau to transport him to Waipapa-a-iwi Marae, Mohaka. Once the whānau have confirmed the dates and times for his transport and nehu, we will update the panui accordingly.

Whaea is currently laying in state at the whanau whare in Western Heights, until tomorrow Saturday, 29th November 2025, when whaea will be taken to Te Pakira Marae until the day of burial. Whanau are yet to advise when the burial day will take place, with our panui being updated once received.

Bereavement notice on behalf of the Ngamotu family, regarding the passing of their beloved Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Partner, Cousin, Niece and Dear Friend, Tyra Ataahua Pomery Ngamotu on the 26th of November 2025, aged 17 years.
Tyra is currently in our care and funeral proceedings are as follows;
Today Tyra will be taken to her home in Massey to lay in state until her funeral service.
Her funeral will be held on Monday 1st December at the whare followed by a private cremation.

Beloved wife of the late John Hura, Mum and mother-in-law of Joanne and Tai, Pat and Anna, John and Darlene, Lyn and Doug. A devoted Nana to all her mokopuna and mokopuna tuarua and a loved sister and aunty.

Mum arrives home to 166 Parekaawa Drive, Motuoapa, Turangi.

Mum will depart for Waihi Marae, Tūrangi where she will lay for one night.

11.00am service at Waihi Marae, Tūrangi
She will then be laid to rest at Te Korowhiti o Rereao urupā followed by hākari at Hinana, Waihi Marae.
