Made so simple even a teenage boy could understand 😉

ACONITE - start of any illness/ beginning to feel unwell/ anxiety
APIS - bites/ stings
ARNICA - any injury or wound
ARSENICUM ALBUM - food poisoning, diarrhoea/ vomiting
BELLADONNA- fever/ sore throat/ ear ache
HYPERICUM - cuts/ grazes
LEDUM - deep wounds (homeopathic tetanus prevention)
NUX VOMICA - travel sickness/ nausea/ vomiting
RHUS TOX + RUTA GRAV - sprains/ strains

Hopefully they won’t need to be used 🤞😆 but good to have just in case 😅

I don’t usually do the pink ribbon walk, in fact this was my first time 🩷

However when I was invited not once but twice on 2 separate occasions I knew it must’ve been a sign 😇

Sometimes homeopathy really does work in mysterious ways ✨

Recently I had been deliberating on a remedy to give my 7 year old.

He can be such a very sweet boy.. but do not let those gorgeous curls and that angelic face fool you, he can turn on a dime into quite the opposite 😉

The remedy I had in mind was Androctonus, the remedy made from a scorpion, which characteristically can have very changeable moods – from very pleasant and friendly to violent and aggressive in a heartbeat 😅

Another keynote of this remedy is that they are a ‘lone fighter’, meaning, they can isolate themselves due to their competitive, suspicious and aggressive nature.

All of this has been in the back of my mind for some time now, and then today I picked up my boy from his holiday programme where he had made this candle holder. The teacher pointed out to me that he had chosen to make his with only 1 rock person when others had made whole families 🧐

My homeopathic mind went immediately to his need for a dose of Androctonus and I gave him one when we got home.

THEN.. this is where it gets crazy..

Not one hour later, during dinner, he announces “I have a wiggly tooth!”

His first one…

Coincidence??

Maybe… but is there really such thing as a coincidence… 😉

I’ve been reminiscing a lot back to these days when these 2 were little, and I was just starting out on my journey to becoming a homeopath.

I was full of passion… but not so confident, and I relied heavily on the support of the more knowledgeable people in my circle ⭕️

Fast forward ⏩ 11 years (from this pic) and 1 more child later…

Now it is my mission to pass on this wisdom I have spent the last 15 years collecting, and be the support person that I needed all those years ago, for the people who are seeking it 🙏 🌀

It’s an honour to be able to help mothers and children grow to be all they can be, living their fullest and healthiest potential with homeopathy 💚

A little treat and tribute to my Mum at on her birthday today 🍰

In the early days after my mum’s first cancer diagnosis we bonded over making healthier lifestyle choices, and we would visit this cafe together as we sought to swap out refined sugar & flour with more whole food options.

My Mum was stoic, and an inspiration to me as she took this journey, unapologetically making choices for herself that better supported her health and wellbeing… and in her doing that, we all benefited.

Happy birthday Mum, if I have half the strength you did I know I’ll be doing you proud 💖
