My names Leith and I am a REPS Certified PT with a 2 year, Level 6 Qualification in Sport and Recreation majoring in exercise science and nutrition from AUT. My main passion is nutrition, with a focus around body weight training for strength, flexibility and wellness. I believe that an aesthetic physic is just part of the process, and enjoying the process is the most important aspect! Creating a lifestyle is what I have done for myself over the past few years and I want to share how I have managed this with everyone I can, getting fit, strong, lean and healthy, and staying that way for life!
