1. Where does anger live in my body?
Describe the physical sensations, temperature, or movement of your anger. What happens when you let yourself stay with that feeling instead of pushing it away?

2. What message might my anger be trying to send me?

Beneath the surface, is there a need that feels unheard, a boundary crossed, or an injustice unacknowledged?

3. How did my family express or suppress anger when I was growing up?
Reflect on how that shaped your comfort level with anger now. What patterns do you carry from them?
