Foot stretches are an easy way to help your feet feel more relaxed and refreshed after hours of standing or walking. Taking a few minutes for gentle stretches can support foot mobility and help ease tension in the muscles and joints.

Here are some easy stretches you can try tonight:

Toe curls: Sit down, place a towel on the floor, and use your toes to scrunch it towards you. Repeat a few times. 🦶🧺

Calf stretch: Stand facing a wall, place your hands on it, step one foot back and press the heel down gently. Hold for 20-30 seconds each side. 🦵🧱

Arch stretch: While seated, cross one foot over the opposite knee and gently pull your toes back towards your shin to stretch the foot arch. Repeat on both feet. 👣🤲

👟After a long day on your feet, simple stretches and massages can go a long way in easing foot tiredness. Here are a few easy exercises to try:

🦶Toe Spreads: While seated or standing, spread your toes wide, hold for a few seconds, and release. Repeat 10 times.

🦶Heel Raises: Stand with feet hip-width apart, slowly raise your heels, then lower them. Repeat 10-15 times to engage calf muscles.

🦶Foot Massage: Use a small ball or frozen water bottle to gently roll under your foot for about a minute. This can soothe foot muscles and reduce tension.

Remember, these are general wellness tips and a great way to care for your feet after standing all day.
