Today I want to give thanks to my family , friends, clients and the higher dimensional guides, that help me stay in the flow with all of life’s blessings. Being in the flow to me, means being centered in my heart and keeping my troubling mind out of the way - just letting the energy of love be the driving force of all my thoughts, decisions and actions.
Some doors are opening, and others are closing on our life paths. We are subjected to the ever changing energies of Yin and Yang, we are being moved from one extreme to the other, from Inhale to Exhale, the complete cycle of creation. I learned to trust that in my personal life and also with my clients and students. I experience everything as an opportunity to wake up to the multi dimensional being that I am. It is a conscious act of unifying the mind, the body and the universe, as supposed to separating them from one another. As unification brings peace, calm and healing, being stuck in separation brings fear, stress and anxiety where disease can easily arise.
I am so fortunate to have met and worked with wonderful teachers that showed me how to open myself to the miraculous and limitless flow of life and how to cultivate the universal energies within. The practice of Qi Gong and Reiki are some of those gifts. Both have become my daily medicine and sometimes my saving grace. To share these gifts with others is just the icing of the cake....empowering others to step into their true nature, seeing them change and blossom is the gift of all gifts.
So, just for today, I am grateful for the many blessings that help me stay in the flow and in love with my life. May all beings be happy, may all my thoughts, words and actions, in some ways, contribute to the happiness of all beings.
