Is Your Neck Paying the Price for Screen Time?

At the recent Birkenhead Health Expo, I gave a talk on what's quietly becoming one of the more common issues we see in clinic — tech neck.

It was a great opportunity to shed light on how prolonged screen use is affecting not just adults, but kids and teens too — often without anyone realising it. This creeping postural strain is becoming a silent epidemic, but the good news is: it’s treatable, and even better, preventable.

If you or your kids are spending hours a day on phones, tablets or laptops (let’s be honest, who isn’t?), come have a chat. A bit of awareness and some targeted treatment can go a long way.
