Whanau got thr sweats on like neeva before at Zumba tonite. Awesomest work out koutou!!! Fogged up the windows even!!! Next class Fri 5pm Admin followed by Box fit ki raro @ 6!!!! Big break while the Kaihoe were on the marae but everone back into it and still keen!!! Tau ke whanau!!

Sept Marae Activities!!!! Tues 6am Fite Fit Ki raro. Wed 6pm Zumba Ki raro. Thurs 6am Fite Fit Ki raro. Fri 5pm Zumba Admin AND 6pm Fite Fit Ki raro. $2 Koha per class much appreciated. IWI ORA HAPU ORA MAURI ORA!!!

No Marae classes from Weds to Mon next week koutou!!! 300+ Waka Paddlers arriving in Auckland from tomorrow evening for Rugby World Cup opening ceremony on Friday. Come tautoko the powhiri 5pm amoro at the Marae!! Kia ora

Hi whanau please note this one off change. COR'S 'FRIDAY' NITE FITE FIT CLASS BEING HELD @ ORAKEI SCHOOL 5.30PM WEATHER PENDING!!! Unstoppable!!! LOL
If your keen on a real work out this is where you need to come. Gloves or Wraps advisable but not essential. Bring it on TUA!!!! Dahaha
