Getting outdoors is a great way to improve mental and physical health. There are different rules across the Alert Levels as to what you can do.

For those in Auckland (like us here at Ormiston), people can now enjoy a wider range of activities including:

🌊 water-based activities including fishing from a boat or vessel
⛱️ driving to the beach, even if it is not local
😅 outdoor exercise classes

Update from our service. 😍 ❤️

Ormiston Weight Loss Service is still taking enquiries in regards to Gastric Balloons, Gastric Sleeves, and Gastric Bypass surgeries. However, we are now experiencing a backlog in consultation bookings so we appreciate your patience. If you have been thinking about weight loss surgery for 2022, now is a good time to reach out to us to secure your booking for next year. Email: owls@ormistonhospital.co.nz or message us on Facebook.

We are still able to do phone consultations with short notice, for all Gastric Balloons. Surgery consultations are always done in person so this may need to wait until we have restrictions lifted in regards to face to face consultations. This is because it is important for a surgeon to meet with patients and discuss wider health issues as surgery results in permanent changes.
