3 MEALS PER DAY vs SNACKING OR GRAZING: What can be the benefits of eating 3 balanced meals per day that include whole foods such as protein, fibre (vegetables & fruit), good fats, without snacking?

They can include the following:
More stable insulin levels - insulin only falls after 3-5 hours for those who are overweight, so having gaps between eating can really help balance blood sugar and insulin levels, and therefore promote weight loss.
Constant snacking or grazing can lead to higher production of insulin which prevents fat breakdown.
Gives your digestive system time to actually digest and process your food properly which leads to a happier gut and no bloating
Reduced sugar cravings and balanced energy levels
More likely to eat nutritious foods and less likely to eat processed unhealthy foods.
Prevents mindless or boredom eating so you are less likely to overeat.
