This has been a difficult time for families that have had someone die over the covid shut down time.
At last funerals can now be for 50 people.

Grieving is a journey, sometimes never ending, allow yourself the joy and sorrow of remembrance. Take the time to sit with it, as covid-19 restrictions give you this time when you can reflect before looking ahead again.

So much is going on in the world at the moment. Many people are grappling with fear, trauma and loss.
This is not with only losing loved ones but jobs, businesses and investments.
People suddenly having to stay in a closed group for an extended time no matter how much you care about each other, can be challenging.
It is a very difficult time.
We all have to navigate through our own circumstances and those specific challenges.
I am available if you need someone to talk to, that is outside your bubble. I am qualified to do this, so please if you need a listening ear or someone to help you clarify stuff, just private message me and we can talk.
