🌟 Learning Life Skills at Aim High! 🌟
At Aim High, our students get hands‑on experience working in our café — a wonderful way to build confidence and prepare for future social and work opportunities.
Through simple everyday tasks like sweeping, tidying, and washing dishes, they learn responsibility, teamwork, and the routines that support independence.
We truly believe in their potential, and we’re proud to give them a space where they can grow, practice new skills, and be celebrated for every achievement. 💛✨

Aim High hosted the NZ Walkathon for people with disabilities, proudly coordinated by the Korean Para Sports Council in NZ and managed by Aim High Charitable Trust.

The weather was perfect, and we were thrilled to see so many participants join the event. Everyone showed great determination and encouragement for one another, and all participants successfully reached the finish line!

It was a joyful day filled with teamwork, smiles, and lots of fun with the help of our wonderful volunteers and supporters. Thank you to everyone who took part and made the event such a meaningful and positive experience for our community.

Aim High joined the Lunar New Year celebration at Northcote Town Centre with a vibrant showcase of traditional Korean culture.

Our team from Aim High Charitable Trust prepared a fun and engaging booth featuring traditional Korean games, delicious foods, and beautiful costumes. Participants and visitors enjoyed trying new activities, tasting treats, and learning more about Korean traditions, while sharing smiles and laughter.

It was a wonderful opportunity for our students to connect with the community and celebrate the festive spirit of the Lunar New Year. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported us! 🎉

At Aim High, our students had a deliciously creative time making sandwiches with cute patterns! 🥪✨

Using various shapes and ingredients, they made playful sandwich creations. From Everyone enjoyed expressing their creativity while learning practical food preparation skills.

Activities like this not only build independence and fine motor skills, but also encourage imagination and confidence. And of course — they tasted as good as they looked! 😊💛

1:1 Art Session at Aim High.

We had so much fun exploring shapes, colours, and sequences through hands-on activities. We mixed movement with art — think handprints and repeating arrangements — and it was amazing to watch things just click for our student as they started to notice and create their own patterns.

The hand-based activities were a highlight! There's something really special about these tactile, creative moments — they light up concentration and confidence in a way that's hard to describe but so beautiful to witness. Seeing self-expression bloom in a safe, supportive space never gets old 💛
