Two athletes, two friends and clients of and two incredible achievements 👏

🏆 Patricia Rodrigues de Souza - crowned a Masters Jiu Jitsu World Champion, delivering a performance for the ages. Not a single point scored against her, and every match in the Open Division won by submission - a history-making feat at this level.

🥈 Alix Bartholomew — continuing her outstanding run, earning silver at the World Masters to add to her record as a three-time World Master Champion and Pan Pacific Champion.

What a moment for these phenomenal women on the mats. Congratulations and - legacies in the making.

Team, we are very excited to announce our partnership with the team at Move to Live physiotherapy

Move to Live was born from a passion for movement and healthy living. They are here to help our BFT Mt Eden community reduce injury, be more active and efficient, and keeping us training.

Graham and the experienced team will do this through education, comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and treatment. They believe in a hands-on, evidence based approach that will educate and empower you to maintain levels of health and wellbeing long after your injury subsides.
