Pelvic floor training works best when it’s structured, progressive, and tailored to where you’re at. That’s exactly how the femfit® programmes are designed.

Each femfit® programme is built around the same four core exercises targeting strength, endurance, coordination, and control. From there, the training adapts as you progress.

The Starter programme focuses on learning techniques and building awareness, helping you connect with the right muscles from the beginning.

The Strength Builder programme then takes this foundation further through a guided 12-week progression, gradually increasing challenge as your pelvic floor adapts.

Once strength and control are established, the Maintenance programme supports long-term pelvic floor health with shorter, regular sessions each week.

For more flexibility, Freestyle lets you explore pelvic floor contractions in real time. There’s no set routine to follow, so you can try movements, activities, or exercises freely, or use it with your health professional to focus on something specific.

No matter where you’re starting from, there’s a femfit® programme designed to support your pelvic floor training journey in a clear, clinically guided way.

You can explore the programmes for free by downloading the femfit® app.

Pelvic floor training should never feel uncomfortable or forced.

femfit® is designed to be soft and flexible, so it moves with your body rather than against it.

Unlike rigid, hard devices, femfit® is shaped to sit comfortably and adapt to you, making it easier to focus on technique, connection, and consistency, not discomfort.

✨ When something feels right, you’re more likely to keep coming back to it.

At JUNOFEM, our focus is on helping women better understand and care for their pelvic floor, with evidence-based tools that support long-term health. 🤸‍♂️

The femfit® device and app deliver a guided pelvic floor muscle training programme that goes beyond incontinence alone. It is designed to support wider pelvic floor health, including sexual function, recovery following prolapse surgery, and confidence during everyday and high-impact activities, even things like trampolining.

Here are just a few reasons femfit® stands out:

✨ Eight pressure sensors for detailed, precise tracking, more than any other pelvic floor trainer!

✨ Simultaneous measurement of pelvic floor activation and abdominal pressure.

✨ Real-time feedback to support correct technique.

✨ Clear progress tracking so you can see your improvements over time.

✨ The option to share your progress with a clinician through the app, helping bridge the gap between appointments.

✨ Regular email support during the 12-week programme to help keep you motivated and on track.

✨ A unique Pressure Array Sensor system that sets femfit® apart from other pelvic floor trainers.

✨ Clinically proven to improve urinary incontinence symptoms!

You can explore femfit® programmes for free by downloading the app today.

Clinical evidence is a big part of what guides our work at JUNOFEM. 🔎

femfit® is underpinned by extensive research, including randomised controlled trials.

Research has shown that women who completed the femfit® programme experienced a median reduction of 70% in leakage episodes. These findings reinforce the value of targeted, well-guided pelvic floor muscle training and highlight the importance of tools that support correct technique and consistency. 💜

For us, research does not just sit in journals. It informs how femfit® is designed, how our exercise programmes are structured, and how we support women throughout their pelvic floor training journey.💪

Evidence matters, and it is something we are proud to stand behind.

Pelvic floor care isn’t only about recovery — it’s also about prevention. 🫷

Even if symptoms aren’t part of your life right now, supporting your pelvic floor early can make a real difference over time. 💪

From pregnancy and sport to menopause and everyday movement, small, consistent habits help build strength, control, and confidence for the future.

At JUNOFEM, we believe prevention should feel simple, supportive, and grounded in evidence. And if you’d like a little guidance along the way, femfit® can help you train the right muscles and track your progress with confidence.

✨ Prevention starts now. Make pelvic floor exercises part of your New Year’s resolution.

femfit® goes to SPACE! 🚀
SPACE (Supporting Parents Alongside Children’s Education) supports new mums through the early months, and recently JUNOFEM had the opportunity to join them — and their cute babies — to explore how the pelvic floor changes during this stage.💜

Not just through birth itself, but also through shifting hormones and the effects of breastfeeding. Our CEO Jenny talked through how both vaginal and C-section births impact these muscles, how postpartum hormone levels influence strength and support, and why pelvic floor exercises are such a simple but powerful way to reconnect with your body. 🥰
And of course… we all did some pelvic floor exercises together! A small but meaningful step in rebuilding pelvic floor awareness and confidence.💪

This is another abstract featuring femfit® and Jenny Kruger presented at the ICS meeting in Abu Dhabi.

Kari Bø’s lab used femfit® to study pelvic floor behaviour during Olympic lifting, to explore if one pre-contraction could exceed the intra-abdominal pressure generated during heavy lifts. 🏋🏻‍♀️

The takeaway message was that a single squeeze isn’t enough. Regular pelvic floor muscle training is recommended to build the control needed during high-intensity lifts.

Long-awaited results have shown that targeted pelvic floor muscle training, delivered within a structured physiotherapy programme, can lead to meaningful improvements in pelvic floor strength and function.
This adds to the growing evidence supporting pelvic floor muscle training as a key part of managing symptoms like urinary incontinence and improving everyday confidence.
For many women, the challenge isn’t knowing whether to train — it’s knowing how to train correctly and consistently.
That’s where femfit® can help. With real-time biofeedback and guidance, femfit® shows you what your pelvic floor is actually doing, helping you train the right muscles and make every squeeze more effective.

We recently had the chance to engage with the team at the Judith Lumley Centre, La Trobe University, where our CEO Jenny Kruger shared insights into the important relationships between pelvic floor function, childbirth, incontinence, and potential pathways toward better solutions.

A warm thank you to Deb Pidd and Laura Whitburn for facilitating the session. 💜
We appreciate opportunities like this to connect, learn, and collaborate with teams committed to advancing pelvic floor care.
