femfit® goes to SPACE! 🚀
SPACE (Supporting Parents Alongside Children’s Education) supports new mums through the early months, and recently JUNOFEM had the opportunity to join them — and their cute babies — to explore how the pelvic floor changes during this stage.💜

Not just through birth itself, but also through shifting hormones and the effects of breastfeeding. Our CEO Jenny talked through how both vaginal and C-section births impact these muscles, how postpartum hormone levels influence strength and support, and why pelvic floor exercises are such a simple but powerful way to reconnect with your body. 🥰
And of course… we all did some pelvic floor exercises together! A small but meaningful step in rebuilding pelvic floor awareness and confidence.💪

This is another abstract featuring femfit® and Jenny Kruger presented at the ICS meeting in Abu Dhabi.

Kari Bø’s lab used femfit® to study pelvic floor behaviour during Olympic lifting, to explore if one pre-contraction could exceed the intra-abdominal pressure generated during heavy lifts. 🏋🏻‍♀️

The takeaway message was that a single squeeze isn’t enough. Regular pelvic floor muscle training is recommended to build the control needed during high-intensity lifts.

Long-awaited results have shown that targeted pelvic floor muscle training, delivered within a structured physiotherapy programme, can lead to meaningful improvements in pelvic floor strength and function.
This adds to the growing evidence supporting pelvic floor muscle training as a key part of managing symptoms like urinary incontinence and improving everyday confidence.
For many women, the challenge isn’t knowing whether to train — it’s knowing how to train correctly and consistently.
That’s where femfit® can help. With real-time biofeedback and guidance, femfit® shows you what your pelvic floor is actually doing, helping you train the right muscles and make every squeeze more effective.

We recently had the chance to engage with the team at the Judith Lumley Centre, La Trobe University, where our CEO Jenny Kruger shared insights into the important relationships between pelvic floor function, childbirth, incontinence, and potential pathways toward better solutions.

A warm thank you to Deb Pidd and Laura Whitburn for facilitating the session. 💜
We appreciate opportunities like this to connect, learn, and collaborate with teams committed to advancing pelvic floor care.

This week’s femfit® Weekly Challenge is a bit special — it’s The Knack! Can you spot the difference on the path? Let us know what you spot! 👀
Why is it special? Because this one’s all about real-life moments, like coughing, laughing, or sneezing and learning how to protect your pelvic floor when they happen.
You’ll do a strong squeeze and lift, then cough! Then relax and rest. The goal is all about timing, control, and coordination, training your pelvic floor to switch on right when you need it most!

In the femfit® app, you’ll see the path rise before the cough icon, that’s your cue to lift the bird 🕊️ and keep those purple bars higher than the black ones.

✨ This week’s challenge:
- Try 3 rounds of The Knack today
Focus on quick, well-timed squeezes and full releases.
It’s short, smart, and seriously effective. 💜

Good job on reaching this week’s Enduro challenge! 💪💜
This exercise will help build endurance and control in your pelvic floor.

You’ll squeeze and lift to half your maximum, hold for a few seconds, then lift to your full strength, then gently lower and relax.
This one is all about control, finding strength in the transitions between each stage. In the femfit® app, you’ll see the path rise and fall like a podium, and your goal is to follow it using only your pelvic floor muscles, not your abs.

Keep aiming for 4–5 sessions a week, and you’ll start feeling more strength, stability, and coordination through everyday movement. ✨

Join the , follow us, and explore femfit® in our bio for more ways to stay consistent and connected to your pelvic floor.

Every lift, every hold, every squeeze counts. 💜
Feel free to comment or DM us with any questions!

This week’s femfit® Weekly Challenge is all about Rapids! ⚡💜

This exercise helps improve coordination and endurance in your pelvic floor. You’ll squeeze and lift your pelvic floor muscles rapidly, release and relax, and then repeat.

In the femfit® app, the path is a guide line for your timing. Your goal? To fly the bird using your pelvic floor (not your abs), then release and relax between each squeeze. 🕊️

Did you notice what makes the bird fly high?

✨ This week’s challenge: Try Rapids, focusing on speed and control.

Every quick squeeze builds coordination, endurance, and confidence. 💪💜

Simple lifestyle practices can support health and wellbeing during menopause.

Regular physical activity is one of the most effective ways to protect health, manage symptoms, and maintain quality of life. And that includes your pelvic floor!

✨ Why it matters:
Lower oestrogen during menopause can lead to changes in pelvic floor tissues, sometimes causing leaks, heaviness, or reduced muscle control. But like any other muscle, your pelvic floor responds to training.

✨ Lifestyle medicine starts small:
• Add pelvic floor exercises to your routine
• Focus on breathing and relaxation between squeezes.
• Stay consistent — even a few minutes a day makes a difference.

That’s where femfit® supports you, our device can help you see your progress, help you strengthen the right muscles, and build confidence through every stage of menopause.

We are here to change the conversation and remind you that you are not alone in this! Movement is medicine — and your pelvic floor deserves care too. 💜

💬 Share your story (or piece of wisdom) about menopause with us below. Let’s shift the narrative together.

This week’s femfit® Weekly Challenge is all about the Squeeeeeze and Hold💪💜
This exercise helps build strength and control in your pelvic floor muscles. You’ll squeeze, lift, and hold your maximum contraction for a few seconds, then release and relax.

In the femfit® app, the path is a guide line for your timing, your goal is to keep that little bird flying high using your pelvic floor, not your abs or glutes.

Did you notice what makes the bird fly?
If the black bar (abdominal pressure) rises higher than the purple bar (pelvic floor), the bird won’t fly. 🕊️
The more purple you see, the stronger and more effective your squeeze! 💜

✨ This week’s challenge: focus on slow, controlled squeezes, and aim to do it for at least 4 times this week

Have a go! it only takes a few minutes!
Every squeeze builds consistency, and every hold builds strength.

Join in, tag us , and use so we can cheer you on! 💪
