Reishi Coffee, a calm focus brew
A simple way to bring a little more balance into your daily coffee ritual.
Smooth, grounding, and easy to make, perfect for slower mornings or mindful afternoons.
What you’ll need:
• 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
• ½ tsp reishi mushroom powder
• 1–2 tsp oat, almond, or coconut milk (optional)
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
• A pinch of cinnamon or vanilla (optional)
How to make it:
Brew your coffee as usual.
In your cup, whisk or froth the reishi powder with a small splash of hot coffee until smooth.
Top up with the rest of your coffee, then add milk and sweetener if you like.
Sip slowly and enjoy a smoother, more balanced coffee experience
