Kia Toa Wellness "New Mind, New Body" We offer a variety of services including Personal Training, Group Fitness, Netball Skill Sessions and Massage Therapy.

We currently are running 4 classes a week from the Fikaa Gym in Manukau. Classes are free for gym members and $10 casual entry. Shape me up (Monday 6pm): A 60min endurance based class adding in weighted/body weight exercises. Sure to create a different burn

Let’s get moving (Wednesday 6pm): 60 minutes of fast paced cardio weights based class, getting the heart rate up and the body moving. Mobiflex (Thursday 5:30pm): 45min class where we use various movements and weights to achieve mobility through the muscles and joints. Netflex: Netball skills and fitness class. Offering some insight into the training and fitness used for off season and preseason training. We can also organise small group sessions for you business. Exercise is a great way to build team culture as well as a great way to relieve the mind and body from the stresses of work. Personal Training: - $70 for 60min session, $40 for 30min session. Have some goals in mind flick us a message and see if we are the right fit to help you achieve those goals. We offer various ideas around your health and fitness goals. We also do Sports and Therapeutic massage. - $80 for 60min Session, $65 for 45min, $45 for 30min session & $30 for 20min. Working hard from all your training and the body is feeling fatigued and tight. Book yourself a massage. Our job is to make sure that you achieve what you come to see us for. has risen through the ranks - from Pukekohe High School to Franklin Basketball and the Franklin Bulls - and now to the international stage. We’re privileged to share our skills and knowledge on recovery to prepare him as he gears up to represent NZ at the FIBA Oceania Cup.

We will located in the foyer room where we will have Physio, massage, cupping, dry needling and air compression services.

Good luck to .tatupu as she to Gibraltar today to represent Samoa at the Netball World Youth Cup.

We’ve had the privilege of supporting her recovery and preparation over the past 6 weeks, and now it’s time for her to shine on the world stage.

Not long to go till the start of 2025 and we will be there from Monday 25th to Friday 29th August, offering Massage and Air Compression recovery services!

Our services are available for players, umpires, team management, event organisers, volunteers and supporters - everyone’s welcome to get their recovery done with us.

What a season it’s been! We’ve had the privilege of partnering with , and - supporting these elite teams through every high, challenge, and comeback.

From the court to the field, working alongside the players and management has been an inspiring experience in high-performance environment.

A massive congratulations to our weightlifting stars David and Sienna, who both medalled at the recent Pacific Mini Games in Palau.

David set a new mini games records with his Clean & Jerk and Mini games totals, while Sienna left a strong impression in her debut appearance at the games. We are incredibly proud of their achievements on the international stage.
