It’s the great spiritual question— Who are we? We get lost in our phones, in our to-do lists. But what if you look up at the night sky? What if you look at the mystery of a single tree or flower? The mystery is amazing because we are amazing. We are beings of spirit, we are beings of consciousness. Spirit came into your body to be born into this incarnation and it will leave it when you die.
“The spirit likes to dress up like this: ten fingers, ten toes, shoulders and all the rest. It could float, of course, but would rather plumb rough matter. Airy and shapeless thing, it needs the metaphor of the body.” – Mary Oliver
This is the great mystery of human incarnation. ☯️

Yoga has played a huge part in my life. A way to keep my body healthy and strong. A model for investigating and understanding my mind. A tool for self healing. A philosophy for investigating who and what I am and what I’m doing here?
Yoga connects you to your inner wellspring of peace and joy but it can also kick your butt. Not just the physical postures and movements that help develop strength, flexibility and mobility. But on other levels too. It’s practice facilitates transformation. Through self awareness practices what can turn out to be false identities, unsupportive patterns and conditioning's are realised. It wakes you up to yourself, what in yoga talk is called the True Self. The transformation can be as fast or slow as you’d like it but without a doubt yoga will speed up your self evolution. If you wish to understand yourself better, be the best you, have healthy relationships, feel connected to a broader spectum of life, then Yoga is a great science and art to practice. I’d love to meet you and support your practice. Feel free to contact me about joining a class or with any questions, my mobile number is: 021 134 3161
I would describe myself as an intuitive, heart centred, strong and soft, straight up yoga guide :) I’ve been teaching for 15 years now. I currently teach Yin and Slow and Power Flow Classes along with Post Natal. I periodically run specialty workshops and courses. I have also studied kung fu, tai chi and qi gong, acro yoga, animal / primal movement, massage and healing and so the physical aspect of my classes can sometimes fuse with these modalities, also the philosophical.
If you are intested to attend a class please get in touch I’d love to hear from you!
