The Spine:
Consist of 24 movable vertebrae that helps with movement and stability.
It functions consist of providing anchor points for the big muscles groups, keeps us upright, helps us to move and assist with breathing.
It divided into 3 parts; cervical, thoracic and lumbar. It also contains the pelvis, sacrum and coccyx (tailbone).
The spine plays a massive role in our everyday life. Look after it. #
