💥 Feature Class of the Week: Wednesday Strength + Cardio
Two sessions — 5:30 AM & 9:00 AM every Wednesday 💪
This class brings you the best of both worlds — structured strength training followed by steady-state cardio conditioning.
In the first half, you’ll focus on specific upper and lower body strength movements, building muscle, power, and confidence under our expert coaching.
Then, the tempo shifts — 15 minutes of cardiovascular training using a mix of cardio equipment, free weights, and resistance bands. It’s steady, sweaty, and designed to build your aerobic endurance and overall fitness.
