“I’m inspired by the opportunity to support people at the heart of their health journey. It allows me to meet individuals and whānau from all walks of life and understand their story. I love seeing people realise their strengths, regain hope, and feel empowered to take small steps in their wellbeing.”

“Content creation, writing e-books on wellbeing, spending quality time with family, shopping 🛍️ , and learning new skills to help me grow personally and professionally.”
