On Sat 21 Feb 2026 at the National Maori Health Workers Mixed Netball Tournament at the Manurewa Netball Courts on Browns Road. We will have a Hauora Maori Tent with mirimiri, romiromi, normatec compression therapy, and rongoa including internal pain relievers

This is made by steeping puketea in alcohol for 8+ weeks to extract the minerals from the rakau. It is used to elivate pain.

It is not to be used by children or pregnant users, or by people with drug or alcohol addictions or allergic to alcohol.

These 75ml bottles will be available onsite for $20 and eftpos will be available.

FOR SALE: Tupakihi Oil

On Sat 21 Feb 2026 at the National Maori Health Workers Mixed Netball Tournament at the Manurewa Netball Courts on Browns Road. We will have a Hauora Maori Tent with mirimiri, romiromi, normatec compression therapy, and rongoa including Tupakihi oil.

This tupakihi oil is made by infusing tupakihi leaves with grapeseed oil can be used as a massage oil for muscle and joint pain relief.

This is not to be used by children or pregnant user, and is only to be used from the shoulders down. This is not to be used by anyone alergic to nuts or seeds because of the grapeseed.

These 100ml tubes will be available onsite for $20 and eftpos will be available.

FOR SALE: Kawakawa Oil

On Sat 21 Feb 2026 at the National Maori Health Workers Mixed Netball Tournament at the Manurewa Netball Courts on Browns Road. We will have a Hauora Maori Tent with mirimiri, romiromi, normatec compression therapy, and rongoa including Kawakawa oil.

This kawakawa oil is made by infusing kawakawa leaves with olive oil and can be used as a massage oil, as well as an antiseptic, a topical oil, and moisturiser. They are safe for all members of the family except for those who may have nut or seed allergies due to the olive oil.

These 100ml tubes will be available onsite for $20 and eftpos will be available.

TINCTURES FOR SALE 75ml $20

Tinctures are currently being made for sale along with other rongoā at THE HAUORA MĀORI TENT at the Māori Health Workers Mixed Netball Tournament at the Manurewa Netball Courts on Browns Road, Manurewa, 21 February 2026.

(1) PUKATEA: This is pukatea steeped in 40% proof alcohol for at least 12 weeks but diluted with water for a more gentler experience. It is used to assist in the relief of headaches and as an anti-inflammatory.

(2) TE ARANGA: This is a combination of different rongoā rākau steeped in 40% proof alcohol for at least 12 weeks but diluted with water for a more gentler experience. It is used to assist in the relief of aches, pain and headaches as a result of flu.

Needed a few rākau (plants) to complete our rongoā for sale in THE HAUORA MĀORI TENT at the National Māori Health Workers' Mixed Netball Tournament at the Manurewa Netball Courts on Sat 21 February.

The WHATUKURA Pain relief balms are ALWAYS popular, along with the HONONGA MĀREIKURA moisturising balms too.

Picking up kūmara and comfrey plants this afternoon and should have the first lot of oil on the boil overnight tonight to make panipani balms for our Hauora Māori Tent at the Māori Health Workers Mixed Netball Tournament on 21 Feb 2026, at the Manurewa Netball Courts!
