The nappy bag era served its purpose 🍼
But we’ve entered the mummy bag chapter ✨

Still prepared. Still organised.
Just slightly more put together.

What’s ONE thing you always have in your bag no matter what? 👀

Going through a hormonal reset after stopping breastfeeding… and wow!! the fatigue + hair shedding is real.

So instead of guessing, I built a simple supplement routine.
And honestly… why pay $200+ when you can build it for under $100 at

Here’s what I’m taking right now:

🕗 Morning (with breakfast)

Energy, hormones, gut
• Swisse Daily Digestive Probiotic
• GO Zinc Complex 1-a-Day
• BePure B-Vit Energy Restore
(Yes, you can have your coffee — just don’t skip food.)

🍳 Lunch (with fats)

Brain, mood, inflammation
• GO Fish Oil 1500mg
• GO Vitamin D3 1000 IU

🌙 Evening (1–2 hrs before bed)

Sleep & nervous system support
• Swisse Magnesium Glycinate
(non-negotiable for me 😴)

🧴 Daily support

Hair, skin, nails
• Swisse Hair Skin Nails+

Nothing extreme.
Just intentional support while my body recalibrates.

If you’re in the same season, feeling wired but tired, shedding more than usual, running on empty, you’re not crazy. Your body is adjusting 🤍

Not sponsored. Just sharing what’s working for me. Wellness should be effective, accessible and sustainable.

Curly hair isn’t “bad hair” — it’s just misunderstood 🤍

The difference?
Not cutting it.
Not straightening it.
Just learning how to style it properly.

If you have curls and feel like they’re “too frizzy” or “too messy”… you probably just haven’t found your routine yet.

Curly girls, are we embracing it in 2026 or still fighting it? 👀

Save this for your next wash day 💫

My story so far.....

With no fitness or dance background, I had no idea life would lead me to a path called “YOGA”.

I started practicing yoga about 4 years ago, when I decided to move to another country for the third time in my life. I was stuck....mentally, emotionally and physically. I was starting a new life in a strange country that I call home now - New Zealand. 22 years young, I had no idea what direction to take and that’s when I found refuge in embodiment and self connection through yoga practice that I hadn't realised I'd been starving for.

After self practicing yoga at home for more than 3 years, I was diagnosed with a health defect. During that time, all I needed every day was the strength to get out of bed, that's when Yoga kept me sane. Practicing Yoga has helped me face my own deepest fears, it has and always will bring me out of the darkness, that I sometimes find myself in. I decided to take a Yoga Teacher Training Course to share my own struggle with mental and physical health with others stuck in the same boat. I offer practices that are beneficial to you as a whole person, taking into account your current mental, emotional and physical state of being. Often when we think of yoga we think of physical postures, but there are many tools in the yogic toolbox, and your body may not be able to move into traditional yoga poses at the present time. We can however, learn yogic breathing techniques, mudras, and experience deep relaxation, and sometimes that is simply all we need, space and time to fully and deeply relax.

My belief is that yoga is a holistic practice and a life science, and that a combination of yogic practices; asana, pranayama, mudra, chanting, meditation, and yoga philosophy are what serves us best. The development of awareness of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritutal selves through these practice are what will bring sustained and long term improvements to our lives.
