Today’s moon brings unpredictable energy and your power today comes from surrendering control.

Not everything needs to be figured out.

• Focus on your breath to stay grounded
• Allow things to unfold naturally
• Stay flexible in your mindset
• Release control and trust the process

When you stop trying to control everything,
you create space for unexpected blessings.

🌙 Daily Marama with Tamara

Maramataka: Tamatea Ananga
Energy: Unpredictable energy
Date: 23 April

Today’s moon Tamatea-ā-ngāngana brings spontaneous, unpredictable energy a reminder to let go of control and trust the flow.

Trying to control everything today can pull you off path…
but when you lean into spontaneity, things begin to align naturally.

🌿 Advice

• Let go of needing to control outcomes
• Follow your instincts and natural urges
• Do something spontaneous (even something small)
• Move your body freely (run, walk, explore)
• Trust the life you’ve built
• Stay open to unexpected moments

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is say yes to the moment
whether that’s running through a random field, changing plans, or simply following what feels right.

Spontaneity doesn’t create chaos it tames it
it can actually increase your flow and efficiency when you trust it.

Today is about trust:
Trust yourself.
Trust nature.
Trust the journey you’re on.

🌙 Daily Marama with Tamara

Maramataka: Ōuenuku
Energy: Balanced energy
Date: 20 April

Today’s moon Ōuenuku brings a steady, balanced energy a beautiful time for journaling, reflection, and expression.

This is your opportunity to witness yourself clearly your habits, behaviours, and patterns without judgement.

Because what you do daily becomes what you create long-term.

🌿 Advice

• Journal your thoughts and feelings
• Observe your behaviours with curiosity
• Express yourself honestly
• Notice patterns in your daily habits
• Release fear of judgement
• Choose authenticity over perfection

When you reflect without judgement, you create space to accept yourself fully.

I’ve learned that the fear of being judged can hold us back from being who we truly are
but through reflection, we begin to realise…
we are already enough as we are.

Today is about seeing yourself clearly and choosing to embrace that version of you.

We made it to the bottom of the South Island!!!!
A two months ago I had a calling to travel the length of NZ, shifting into autism awareness tour, following true faith of the process of what meant to be willl lead.

I carried my story
in a car filled with courage, Faith, and mess 😅.

Across 8 regions,
We hosted wānanga with communities.

We listened.
We learnt.
We felt.

And together…
we’ve now reached 250+ people
with autism awareness through lived experience.

Not textbooks.
Not labels.

Real life. Real truth. Real connection.

This journey was never done alone.

Ngā mihi nui to the
and to every koha, every donation, every person who showed up.

You didn’t just support a trip.
You supported a movement.

There were moments where it was hard.
Where being autistic in a world not built for me…
felt heavy.

But this journey taught me something deeper:

🌿 I am not limited
🌿 I am not too much
🌿 I am capable of creating change

To travel this entire distance solo…
as an autistic wahine…

is something I will carry forever.

I didn’t just reach the bottom of the South Island—
I reached a new level of myself, to share in wānanga, for understanding on developing independence with autism.

And now… I rise again.

📍 Te Anau
📍 Christchurch
📍 Hamilton
📍 Auckland

More wānanga.
More hearts.
More understanding.

This is what happens when you lead with purpose.
This is what happens when you choose courage.

This is what happens when you move with aroha. 🤍✨

🌙 Daily Marama with Tamara

Maramataka: Tirea
Energy: Low energy
Date: 18 April

Today’s moon Tirea a time to prioritise yourself first.

Before responsibilities…
before expectations…
come back to you.

This is a day for aroha (the breath of love), breathing deeply, and caring for your body with intention.

🌿 Advice

• Breathe deeply and return to yourself
• Drink wai (water) with positive intention
• Nourish your body with kai (food)
• Be mindful of your thoughts and energy
• Put yourself first before giving to others

Water carries intention when you drink with awareness, you support your body to flush out negative thinking and restore balance.

Low-energy days are about care, not pressure.
