After many requests I have put together this food regime. This is the routine I roughly follow to maintain my weight. I am not a nutritionist but having been through gluten, dairy and other intolerances along with alcohol dependency problems I have learned a few things that others might find helpful. We have a new home! Matakana Osteopaths can now be found inside the Matakana Cinema Complex- 2 Matakana Valley Rd. We are on level 1 between the lift and the Roxy Theatre above Matakana Market Kitchen, look for our seahorse sign 🌊🐴 😅. We are loving the new clinic space. 🍃 🌞 🌳

Matakana Osteopaths is on the move! From Monday 1st August we will be located in the Keep Fit Matakana Gym at 44 Matakana Valley Road, just behind JinJin. We even have our own doorbell so Nick can let you in 😊. There is plenty of parking out front and behind the building.
