🌿 From Disconnection to Conscious Living 🌿
There was a time when I thought I was “fine.” I was busy, stressed and disconnected from myself - living in my head instead of truly feeling my life.
Through years of exploration, practice and learning, I discovered something profound: true well-being begins with connection - connection to ourselves, to others and to the world around us.
I share 10 key steps from my journey:
1️⃣ Recognizing disconnection and the inner emptiness I couldn’t name.
2️⃣ Discovering Tibetan Yoga and Meditation: learning to feel rather than just think.
3️⃣ Experiencing energy healing through Reiki and understanding the flow of subtle energy.
4️⃣ Learning to respond to life instead of reacting in stress or anger.
5️⃣ Bridging ancient wisdom and modern science through the study of neuroscience.
6️⃣ Immersing myself in a Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Center to practice presence full-time.

8️⃣ Exploring Systemic Family Constellations to release inherited patterns.
9️⃣ Understanding that conscious living is a practice, not perfection.
🔟 Realizing that change is possible and that you can do it too.
✨ Conscious living is about being present, aware and compassionate for ourselves and for the world. Every moment is an opportunity to choose awareness over autopilot, connection over disconnection and balance over stress.
