We love opening the packages we get from Beanies for Babies! Each box we get is packed full of gorgeous wool knitted items, with so much care and love put into them. These go into our packs to keep our newest community members warm.

We are looking for a clothes rail - can you help?

We are setting up our maternity clothing area, where we support women with maternity and postpartum suitable clothes and bras - all free - that they can browse and choose from. Do you have a clothing rail that you would be willing to donate to make our maternity area welcoming, organised and easy to use? Please send us a message 🥰

💗 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 💗

Pregnancy Help Auckland supports pregnant women and whānau by providing essential baby and maternity items, care packs, and practical support to families across Auckland.

We’re based in Onehunga and are looking for volunteers during school hours (9.30–2, Mon/Wed/Fri) to help:
🍼 Sort baby, kids & maternity donations
🎁 Organise supplies and make care packs
💞 Support families who need a little extra care

Flexible days, a warm team, and work that truly makes a difference.

This week we moved out of the Pakuranga site and said our final goodbyes to that location. A huge thank you to Joel and his team at Salvation Army Manukau Community Ministries. They supported us with extra helping hands and vehicles to get everything shifted ❤ Thanks team!

Next we’ll be setting ourselves up at our new space so we can be back helping families again soon. Keep an eye out here for updates on our new location.

Do you have any hours to spare to help us this Thursday? ❤ We are in the process of moving our site from Pakuranga Plaza to our new location in Onehunga and need 2-4 people to help on Thursday for light lifting. The Salvation Army have kindly supplied a van + driver, and we need the support of 1-2 people at each site for loading and unloading the van of smaller boxes and items.

Any support between 10:00am - 3:00pm would be so very much appreciated. Please send us a message if you have any questions or think you might be able to help us. Thank you! 🥰

We’re packing up our Pakuranga site and we’re getting ready to move into our new home in Onehunga 📦 As we pack up, we could use a few extra hands.

If you’re free on Thursday 29 and or Friday 30 January, between 9am–2pm, we’d love some help with light lifting and moving boxes. If you can spare an hour or two, send us a DM 💛

Pregnancy Help Auckland is on the move! We are so excited to announce that we will be moving to a new location in Onehunga. We will be closed this month while we pack our site and move.

We can't wait to meet our new community and continue supporting families throughout Auckland.

A huge thank you to the support we have received from our Pakuranga and East Auckland community, thank you for being part of the village! ❤

Please keep an eye on our page where we will post our new address and reopening date. We will also be looking for some help with packing and moving, holding some exciting fundraising raffles and seeking new volunteers to join our amazing team.

This year we have supported over 1500 families with 80,000+ essential maternity, baby, postpartum and toddler items. We have delivered hundreds of newborn packs, clothing packs, safe sleep bassinets, postpartum support packs, hygiene items and equipment, ensuring families in Tāmaki Makaurau have the essentials they need during some of their most important and vulnerable moments.

We have worked with our valued partners, including ATWC, Starship, The Fono, Ki Tua o Matariki, Plunket, Midwives, Police Family Harm Team, Women's Refuge and many more.

We are proud to remain criteria-free, meaning we support anyone who needs it - no referral necessary.

With your support, in 2026 we can reach even more families, providing awhi, dignity, and essential items for pēpi and māmā when they need it most.

We are deeply grateful for every donation, every act of support, and every person who stands with us.
