Be intentional in building the next generation with Homoeopathy remedies! Testimony

We took our little girl to Ruby when she was around ten months old after learning from the dermatologist and our GP that the only way to manage eczema was with the frequent use of steroids (hydrocortisone). She started developing eczema when she was six months old and as prescribed by our GP was on steroids every single day to keep the flares under control. On securing an appointment with the dermatologist we learned the side effects of using constant steroids and how to manage with as little steroid as possible. It was an eye opener for us and we knew immediately that this couldn’t go on forever. We found out about Ruby online and decided it was high time we gave homoeopathy a go given we had heard great testimonies from our parents about how well it works. We started to see improvements with Ruby’s treatment around the three month mark where we were able to stop the steroids completely. We continued with the treatment for a few more months and can happily share there are no more flare ups. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruby to others.

Walk it out, avoid strenuous exercise, start playing again… be it tennis or badminton or basketball or cricket as long as it is not strenuous but enjoyable. Monitor your pantry, read labels of food and always have ready to eat healthy hunger busters and homemade meals.
