Based in Point Chevalier, Auckland we specialise in a wide variety of massage types (sports, therapeutic, pregnancy and relaxation), Pilates instruction (original Joseph Pilates and Garuda styles) and we also provide traditional Chinese therapies including dry needling and cupping. We firmly believe in the importance of a holistic approach and we work closely with other health practitioners such as physiotherapists to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
