Day of reflection and acts of heartfelt kindness.

Observing people and the genuine of gratitude from making a path easier for another to navigate, to the appreciation of the tone in their voice and the sparkle in the eye for being treated as a human. Not about age, colour, ability or injury. Caring and observing the environment in the moment, being present and having an open heart to be more attuned of your surroundings.

What if each of us gave 5 strangers a heartfelt act of kindness, image the change in our environment and the ripple affect of sharing kindness.
