Over the years, I have had the honor of connecting with many individuals who have sought my guidance through psychic readings. Time and time again, these individuals have recounted their experiences of meeting me, consulting with me, and receiving insights that they never thought possible. It brings me great joy to hear them share how the information I provided during our sessions has come to fruition in their lives.

I am always grateful when people express their gratitude for the accuracy of my readings, but I must admit that I am not surprised. My practice is not based on mere intuition but is deeply rooted in a spiritual connection that transcends conventional understanding. When I conduct a reading, I first seek guidance from God, asking Him to use me as a vessel for His work. I open myself up to divine energy and enter a trance-like state of mind where I am able to receive and convey messages that are meant for the individual seeking guidance.

One of the ways I share these messages is through 'spiritual drawings' that I create for each person. These drawings feature Fibronacci pattern style 'ta moko' designs, which are unique to the individual and symbolize their connection with the tree of life and their ancestry through "whakapapa," their family tree. These designs serve as a visual representation of the spiritual bond between the individual and their lineage.

After conveying the messages to the person I am reading for, I offer a prayer to God to bless our meeting and close it down. As I gradually become more aware of my surroundings and return to full consciousness, I often find that I do not remember the details of the readings I have conducted. This is because when I am in a trance state, I do not actively process or retain the messages; I simply pass them on to the individual before letting them go.

This process of conducting readings is a sacred and transformative experience for both the individual seeking guidance and myself. While I may not remember the specifics of past readings, I trust in the divine wisdom and guidance that flows through me during each session. I'm so proud of a client of mine, who I have been reading for, since November 2020.

Reasons for this are as follows:

1. If you starve yourself , you will become so hungry, you will be less likely to plan nutritious and healthy meals. And more likely to binge eat on whatever is available, and eat a lot more, because you are starving.

2. Starving yourself slows down your metabolism, and you become tired and burn less fat . Your body believes it is surviving a famine, and starts to store energy as fat. You become lazy and lethargic. And when you are tired, you are more likely to be grumpy and mean to loved ones.
