Blast from the past. This is a custom Elswick Envoy drive-from-wheelchair car. The rear door opens and a ramp is lowered to allow the wheelchair access inside. There are hand controls installed. There is a 1985 version at Southward Car Museum.

This is a "Lollipop" spinner that was recently installed into a clients vehicle. It allows the driver to use only one hand to steer. But they can access all secondary controls from buttons on the spinner (indicators, wipers, lights, horn etc).
