Holistic Skincare & Therapeutic Beauty

Holistic Skin Therapy is a natural, nurturing approach to skin care. It looks beyond the surface, right down to a cellular level, to optimise skin health.

The magic is in the massage! My treatments are based on natural skin care & massage. The initial focus is always to calm any sensitivity, then to release stress & tension. Tightness in muscles, caused by stress, tension & stored emotions inhibits the natural flow of nutrients to the skin. Over time, this affects the health & radiance causing premature ageing. Skin can also become dull, congested or puffy. Massage encourages a good flow of fresh nutrients & efficient waste removal. This means skin can function well, stay balanced & healthy. Healthy skin is happy skin, happy skin glows.

It's very exciting to see this holistic approach to beauty becoming more mainstream. I always instinctively knew a facial was so much more than just a skin treatment. Now I know it is an excellent addition to any wellbeing regime, offering benefits to mind, body & soul. Beautiful skin is the added bonus!
