Homemade poke bowls are the bomb!! They're fantastic for the whole family (even though it was just me and Oli home tonight) but they're such a great mix and match meal where everyone is in control of the choices they make (which kids love of course!!). And they're a really clean way of eating.

I don't have rice as the base as my body deals better with low carb at my age so I just have a base of sliced cabbage but I do rice for everyone.

It starts now.

The person you’re becoming is shaped by the choices you make heading into the holidays – not after them.

It's not about heaps of shoulds.
It's not about perfection.

Here's a fantastic filling mix is that delicious on anything!

Serves 1
1/2 avo mashed
1/2 tin of wild caught salmon, drained
1/2 c edamame beans, blanched
a couple of tablespoons of greek yoghurt
1/2 lime juce
fresh coriander
a good grinding of salt and pepper
chilli flakes

Have you ever tried EMS training? I won a free session and did it this afternoon… 20 mins is equivalent to a 60-90 minute gym workout, but much more gentle, working every large muscle group. I now feel nicely fatigued but not exhausted! Thanks Amanda resonate.ems.studio, loved it!!
