I’m honestly so honoured to be aligned with companies that truly support what I do. It means I can offer the women who come to my retreats the very best experience. And honestly… just look at the breakfast spread alone 😍
If you're looking for delicious ideas for the healthy foodie family member or friend, these need to be your go to!! And a huge thank you to my gorgeous daughter for being the perfect model, and her gorgeous boyfriend for being the perfect photographer!
A big shout out these companies: Raglan Food Co for their divine coconut yoghurt and kefir - omg, amazing!!
make the best cracker mix to make your own crackers, perfect for holiday entertaining and they have so many different flavours!!
gave everyone attending a bag of cereal to take home, plus they generously donated cereals for the weekend - their cereals are absolutely with many flavours to choose from
for their generous selection of gluten free/dairy free breads, pizza bases and buns which the ladies really loved!
- they have the BEST selection of frozen berries and smoothie mixes - definitely check them out at the supermarket
We all know how important gut health is right? That's where fermented foods come in and the goodness from Living Goodness was enjoyed by all. Some ladies had never tried them before so it's a perfect opportunity to try before you buy.
Of course my good friends at gave some samples for the ladies to take away, and we had a shot party!! 😉 If you'd like to give them a go, use the code WICK01 on checkout for a 15% discount.
Again, my good friends were incredibly generous yet again and we enjoyed a selection of their flavoured sparkling gut health drinks (Immunity, Mind or Gut), and their Chia Gut Health drinks - which we discovered was a gut explosion half and half with the Raglan Kefir drink – definitely a must try!
For those of you who are dairy free, have you tried the dairy free goodness from Epic Foods ??? OMG, I'd almost turn dairy free to NEED to eat these!! They're definitely the closest I've tried to real cheese!! They were very much enjoyed on the grazing platter and in salads!
The Nut Baby snacks were definitely enjoyed as a mid afternoon treat from - these are the closest you'll get to buying homemade, but beware, they're very moorish!!
Have you tried the goodness at ? I remember when they started just with peanut butter and now they've expanded into the most delicious selection of incredible nut butters!!
And last but DEFINITELY not least, chocolate. Oooh lala, it's dark, it's smooth, its velvety and it's just divine!! I definitely recommend it - everyone took home a packet in their goodie bags!
Thanks again to everyone for your generous donations - you rock!!
Just to give you the heads up, the only company I earn a small commission from is Nutrient Rescue, the other companies all donate product for the weekends.
What are your favourites out of this selection? Or what will you be trying over the holidays?
