The truth on the not so sweet, Sugar!
Sugar is everywhere. Just like someone who is hiding in a witness protection programme, sugar is also hiding in places we least suspect.

Can’t you just look on the label? It’s not that easy. Just like your friend Robert might go by Rob, Bobby, Roberto, added sugar has a lot of aliases, and by a lot I don’t mean five or six. Try 56! Check out my latest blog for all of the info!

The Humble Feijoa

Did you know Feijoas are also known as pineapple guava? They’re so sweet, juicy and delicious! And right now they’re EVERYWHERE, they’re like raining like buckets from heaven, they’re all over the footpaths and lining the street gutters, go gather yourself a bundle! They contain high amounts of different vitamins (B3, B5, B6, C, E and K), dietary fibre and minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, manganese, potassium and phosphorus

Ah, coffee. Whether you’re cradling a travel mug on your way to work or dashing out after spin class to refuel with a long black, it’s hard to imagine a day without it. The caffeine perks you up, and there’s something incredibly soothing about sipping a steaming cup of joe. But is drinking coffee good for you?

Coffee is loaded full of antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease.

Remember that what you add to your coffee can make a difference in how healthy your beverage really is. And of course, how many you’re actually having.
