There are a lot of words used to describe women:
Strong
Bad-ass
Fierce
Resilient etc. …if you are a woman you have to be these things, you don’t have a choice, but the word we don’t ever use to describe ourselves as women is RELAXED.”

I am now a relaxed (successful) woman 😝

These little munchkins came in with their mama six years ago for some much needed postnatal love. They paid a visit again last weekend with their mama who is now due their little baby sister. Moments like this make all the craziness of the last year worth it. Thank you for trusting me 💙 🩷 💙

My perfect kinda morning. So special to hang out with little Uina and her mama I’ve massaged mama through three pregnancies and little Uina is such a special completion of their little family. So sad to say goodbye to my mamas after sharing such special bonds over the years. Go well team ❤️

A gorgeous little trio from one of my fave clients. Little did we know that there was three little people in there when I massaged their mama when she was only a few weeks. So delighted they have finally made it home from hospital. These little people are so blessed to have chosen the mama and aunty they did and I’m so blessed to have been a teeny part of their journey. Thank you so much love 💕

March 8th. International Woman’s Day and also the day my Mama left this world 14 years ago. I would have loved to have her see me as a mama but I’m forever grateful to her teachings. Making me the woman I am today and raising me and my 6 siblings. I’m also so grateful for my little girl (and boy) and the things they teach me everyday To all strong women, may we know them, may we be them and may we raise them.
