Just a few important reminders and notices:
We will not be holding Saturday or Monday yoga classes (25th Oct and 27th Oct) due to the long, Labour weekend.
Moving forward we will be changing the location for most of our classes. It was not an easy decision, but we felt it was best thing moving forward. The timetable primarily stays the same, but with a change of time on Monday. Classes are as follows starting:
Monday 6-7 pm, outdoor at Little Shoal Bay. If the weather is not ideal this class will be held at the same time inside Northcote War Memorial Hall (an email will come out by 4pm if the location is being moved indoors).
Wednesday remains the same, 5:30 vinyasa at St Johns, Church Street
Thursday 5:30 Yin at St Johns
Friday 9 am at St Johns (*this will start 7th November, the 31 of October will still be at Cyan Blue)
Saturday 8 am, Cyan Blue/Kawana Street

About Jillian

I first came to Yoga over 15 years ago. Originally I sought it out for fitness and flexibility but over the years it’s become so much more. It has become ingrained in who I am and how I live day to day.

It is for this reason that I decided to begin classes for caregivers of small children, as well as provide the option to come to you.

What I offer:
