I am currently away at the moment and boy has it been a massive learning trip for me, rather than a holiday. Checking my ego, humbling myself, observing my mind and how it takes me on some wild rides! Learning self compassion πŸ™

Today is our last day and I have learnt a lot. Not only through watching others around me but also myself and parts of my ego that came to play and I’m not a fan.

We teach, we hold spaces but we never stop learning. The teacher is always the student and the student is always the teacher.

Friendly tip, check yourself first before others. When you are triggered, look under the trigger to see what is fuelling the trigger. Once you have looked under, look under that and under that and under that haha!

This card came out twice! Once when I was shuffling before the video and as you see it come up in the video!

Your Mind is busy! So mind be quiet, heart it’s your turn. To turn it on, connect with yourself first, breathe, be intentional with what you want to activate.

Also, do an audit check, how many things in your current mind are on repeat unnecessary , made up, β€œwhat ifs”. Once you identify this, switch off the clogs, just for a moment, pause and be still. Then make this a more frequent practice πŸ™πŸ™
