Starting Tuesday August 5th 2025

Sarah Meale, Multisport Physio, along with Janet Klee, REPS-registered personal trainer, bring you an evidence-based training programme in a group environment.
Group Training is motivating and more fun than doing exercises on your own (or not doing them!). This programme utilises a variety of functional resistance exercises and combines them with balance exercises and stability conditioning.
You will improve muscle tone and strength, core stability and balance.
So, grab a friend and try our group training now!

Devonport Squash Club Gym (situated 69 Wairoa Road Narrow Neck Beach).
Monday & Thursday: 11.15 am start
Start: 6 weeks - 2 x 40 minute sessions weekly
Cost: $30 per week for 6 weeks
All welcome but this is designed for those who are over 65years
