It’s the joyous season!

Whilst so many of us are excited to spend time with our loved ones or by ourselves doing things our way,
Having a holdiay,
Or working in the season of festivities,

There are some who are truly wishing they could celebrate with just even having food on the table,
For themselves or their family.

Functional Health has been doing a food drive, and the last day to collect items is Saturday 20th December, 12 pm.

We will be collecting non-perishable items for
Kiwi Harvest, founded in 2012, has rescued and distributed over 17 million kilograms of food throughout New Zealand.

This is such a beautiful cause.
Saving food from getting wasted,
And providing to those in need!

Let’s support this cause and spread the joy,
Bring in your donations this week,
Under our Christmas tree! 🎄

Some of our current and past 2025 Functional Health Team got together for a little end of year lunch this weekend.
So much reflection and catch up!

Which reminds us - wow we are at the end of the year already!

If you’re needing to organise your appointments for your tune up around the holidays, make sure to get in touch or speak to us at your next appointment!

We will be closing for the holiday season on Saturday 20th December - with that being our last shift.
We will have 2 days open a week during the holiday period, on a Tuesday and Saturday.
We will be posting more details about that soon.

And we are so excited to now serve our community in the new space that we have set up.

We wanted to give a big thank you to each and every one of you who have helped us.
To our practice members for helping us with the move, to Dr Sheetal’s parents, to every person who was understanding during the small challenges that came up along the way, to all our friends that came along with advice and help,
