Kia ora,

Employers have 6 weeks between 15 September and 24 October to conduct interviews, shortlist and rank their graduates for the End of Year 2025 recruitment round. Each employer is entirely responsible for this process in their organisation and each employer may perform this process differently. Be aware that ACE is not involved with this step of the process. As such, any queries relating to this period should be directed to the NETP and NESP coordinators at the employers applicants have applied to.

Employers will use the contact information you provide in your ACE application to contact you for these interviews. Ensure your contact details are kept up to date. Remember, you can update your contact details even when applications have closed by logging into your ACE profile.

If you have any questions, please visit the ACE RN website, or email ACE.RN@tewhatuora.govt.nz or contact ACE on 0800 223 236.

20/08/2025

Kia ora,

To change any of your referees, you must log-in to your profile before the closing date to edit your references. Once your referee has submitted a reference, this cannot be deleted or changed.

If you are re-applying, ACE will automatically reuse your previous referee reports. You can only request the deletion of a reference if it was not completed by a referee who supervised your final placement. The new referee must have supervised you during your transition to practice (final) placement.

If you have any questions, please visit the ACE RN website, or email ACE.RN@tewhatuora.govt.nz or contact ACE on 0800 223 236.
