For many families, Christmas is a time of joy and togetherness. But for those facing the pain of loss, the holiday season can be one of the hardest times of the year.

At the Grief Centre, we see this every day. People come to us overwhelmed by sadness, struggling to cope, and feeling alone.

This Christmas, more families than ever need our support – and we urgently need yours.

A Christmas donation from you will help us reach more families in pain and ensure they receive the crucial support they need to navigate this season.

Here’s how your gift will help:

💛$10 will enable us to post a family a support package

💛$80 will subsidise a counselling session

💛$420 will fully fund 3 counselling sessions to a person in need

💛$3,000 will allow us to run an 8-week support group

🚶‍➡️🚶🏾‍♂️‍➡️Our next walking grief group meets in Beach Haven on the 1st December at 10am. Meet by the community centre and go on a lovely walk and talk with our group, lead by Averill.

They're also planning an additional Christmas picnic catch up on December 14th in the park by Milford Beach - BYO food to share!
