Hey team!

I asked my PT Lauren to demonstrate some single leg exercises for you. Many people have strength differences between the left and right leg and addressing this imbalance can prevent injury. If you have hip, knee or ankle pain you may have an imbalance.

This video was initially made for my running clients, however single leg exercises are beneficial for everyone!
