RESULTS: Davide posture improvements and pain reduction.

Before- August 2024 - age 31 David has had 2 surgeries for Pneumothorax on both sides which left him in constant pain. He tried physiotherapists with minimal results. -kyphosis. -lordosis. -anterior pelvic shift. -compressed shoulders. -compressed spine. -constant pain in shoulders at a level 7 out of 10.

After - November 2024 - age 31
- improved kyphosis
- improved lordosis
- pelvis in a much more neutral position
- shoulder decompression
- spine decompression
- improved pain in shoulders, down to a level 5/10.

Davide bought the 10 week online course a couple years ago but had never put it into practice. “While I was living in Auckland I decided to contact Nathan to learn how to apply the basics of FP because I’m tired of constant pain. I trained with him for 3 months, the time I lived in Auckland. I definitely improved my posture and increased my strength and my shoulders feel better even though there is a lot of work to do still. The sessions are demanding but after every session I was feeling more energy, lighter and more relaxed. Just feeling good and wanting to do more. Nathan is always checking the postures and giving feedback while doing the exercises. Overall I really recommend training with Nathan. Good lad and good trainer!

SCOLIOSIS IMPROVEMENTS

We continue to push the boundaries and limitations the fitness industry has put on people struggling with dysfunctions of all kinds.

[ Donna, posture and pain improvements ]

BEFORE: 12th of January 2020. Age 59.
She has osteoporosis in her hips and spine. Experienced pain in the upper back when standing for periods longer than 10mins. Knee pain.
She has had problems getting to sleep and staying asleep her whole life. Posture and health was deteriorating rapidly.
❌forward head
❌kyphosis
❌lordosis
❌lack of intra-abdominal pressure
❌lack of structural integrity

AFTER: 5th of October 2022. Age 62 years old.
✅head in more neutral position
✅kyphosis improved
✅lordosis improved
✅intra-abdominal pressure

We are not in control of the environmental circumstances we are born into such as location, social class and your human genome. Most of us may not always be in control of the income we earn at given times in our lives but we all do have the majority control over our consumption.

Although you may not have been born into ideal circumstances in terms of social status and genes most of us especially if you are in the western world do have small decisions we can make on a daily basis that can impact the outcomes of our lives greatly. We have all heard of the person who comes from humble beginnings climb his or her way to the top of the social rankings through intelligent decision making and hard work put in spending time learning relevant information.

This often happens monetarily speaking in the sports world. An athlete born with the genetic gifts of athletic performance from a low social class works his way up to the professional rankings in his/her sport and attains monetary funds that place them in a higher social class. Now before you say that they had to work hard, practice, and put their 10,000+ hours to become great in their sport, we understand this and don’t disagree. Posted • LATERAL PELVIC SHIFT AND SCOLIOSIS IMPROVEMENTS

As mentioned in our lateral pelvic tilt post when your body is not adapted to work properly against the force of gravity then the weak points of your body may shift out of alignment.

Couple this with a scoliotic curvature of the spine and the possibility for a compensatory patterns of movement increases greatly.

Great work here by .piestany helping their client learn how to move in ways that create resilience against the force of gravity and symmetrical muscular activations that pull her out of her scoliosis rather than further engraining it.

Posted • No matter how you spin it, the most effective way to deal with this pandemic is simply by having freakish health. This thing will keep mutating over and over again. If you’re unhealthy and you don’t mutate yourself into someone healthy, you’re going to leave yourself susceptible to this virus.

Take vitamin D if you don’t have access to the sun. Drink plenty of water and be sure to mineralized it. Begin to incorporate heart rate variability training into your routine via (stress management). Get your organ meat consumption up. Last but not least, get on training protocols to make all things mentioned prior more effective.

We don’t have to become victims to illness. If we also mutate, we can stay ahead of this thing, even when current pricks may not protect you from the new strands.

Posted • Living with and being in pain does not have to be your reality. Being extremely disciplined to inch your way to a pain free life is not the only way to get there. With FP extreme discipline isn’t required when precision is acquired.

🔹Back/neck pain and scoliosis gains

A 21-year-old woman who had been suffering from back and neck pain for a long time.

The doctors said it was because of her scoliosis and that there was nothing they could do about it. Just learn to live with it was the advice.

With  we have made the complaints disappear in 2 months. By tackling the scoliosis, the patient no longer has any complaints at the moment. And is therefore pain free!

Posted • Another example of how backs its claim of being the standard in the fitness industry, with results. Coming from .paris.douglass and her client Aidan. 🔹 Before, I felt like an incomplete version of a human. Not fully formed. Like a black hole caving inward. I expressed unconfident body language. With each step my body took the impact like a sack of potatoes dropping to the ground—no rebound and losing its structure.

After, I have a bigger presence correlated with stronger, more confident body language. I have buoyancy with every movement.

I played variety of sports all my life & was told that building strength via traditional weight training would not only improve my athletic performance but also reduce injury. Instead, I experienced decreased ROM, muscle tightness, recurring pain during exercise, & chronic injury. I consulted with collegiate-level athletic trainers, physical therapists, & private physical trainers. They told me I was moving incorrectly but were unable to teach me how to change & rehab didn’t have a lasting impact on reducing my pains & injury’s. I felt defeated thinking I might have to live with the pain & not be able to participate in my favorite activities for fear of injury. While on the hunt for answers, I discovered  .
Since I started training at  about a year ago, I have relearned how to move. Not only did they identify the source of my dysfunctions, but they put me on the path to reducing and eliminating my dysfunctions entirely. Because I now know how to coordinate movement in a way that respects how humans have evolved to move, I feel confident translating these principles into my daily patterns.

I now move pain-free ✅ and exercise without fear of injury. ✅ I have also found that as I learn to improve how I move & decompress my spine, my body seems to function better overall. I have more energy throughout the day, handle stress better, & feel a consistently sharper mental acuity. Improved biomechanics has also changed the way I think and interact with the world.”

BEFORE:

-compressed structure -overly retracted shoulders -poor abdominal pressure
-hip shift to the right/rib cage shift to the left
-forward head position -compresses cervical spine -right shoulder pain especially in overhead movement’s

AFTER:

-more decompressed structure
-better scapular positioning -more latissimus dorsi potentiation
-better abdominal recruitment
-improved joint stacking -more symmetry
-less shoulder pain in movement

Posted • Relaxed posture and decompression gains! James has come to see me once a week for 5 months. He came in with constant lower back pain, grinding when running, sit ups, etc. as well as pain in-between his shoulder blades.
He now reports “little to no lower back discomfort anymore, less fatigue after running, better recovery from physical exercise in general” as well as decreased pain in-between shoulder blades.
This is just the beginning! Thanks to and the hard work James has put in, he’s set himself up with a solid base to start moving and feeling better for the rest of his life.

1st photo:
- spinal decompression
- shoulder blades not winging
- shoulders now level
- less lumbar compression
2nd photo:
- pelvis is now level and not tilted forward
- now has intrinsic core activation - joints are now stacked better with structural integrity.
