Kia Ora, My name is Renee Clayton and I am a New Zealand trained Nutritionist with over 17 years experience. I am passionate about using food and nutrition to improve the health and performance of people in all stages and walks of life. I have worked in a variety of settings including both clinical and private practice along side clients with varied health and lifestyle challenges including diabetes, obesity, heart disease and autoimmune conditions. I also work with clients wanting to achieve weight loss/gain and performance improvements for athletes. Most recently I have been working in the Cook Islands with the Ministry of Health to educate and improve individual and community health outcomes. Through the use of functional nutrition I can assist you in achieving your health and lifestyle goals.

COME JOIN US! Are you wanting to get STRONGER, learn healthy NUTRITION & CONNECT with other women? We have an 8 week course for you to do all of these things.

We have just finished up 8 weeks with some amazing women who joined us for weekly exercise and nutrition sessions and would like to invite our next group of ladies.
