Yesterday was one of those days that sits quietly heavy.

Four years ago, this was just an idea — a one-man band, a room, and a lot of belief. What grew out of Flexa Clinic has given me more opportunity and growth than I ever could have dreamed of. From working alone to building something alongside an incredible team who back me, support the mission, and show up every day with heart.

Packing down the space with the people who helped build it was emotional in ways I didn’t expect. Pride, gratitude, a bit of sadness — and a lot of perspective.

Everything that comes next is built on what started here. The lessons, the trust, the long days, the humble beginnings, and the people who made it meaningful.

How wild.
Look how far we’ve come.

And now — on to the next chapter. A big leap. A new venture. Built on everything this place gave me.

Still feeling the energy from our team Christmas party last weekend.

It was such a great chance to pause, breathe, and appreciate the people who make this place what it is. We’re not at the end of the year just yet, but gathering together to celebrate everything we’ve navigated so far felt really special.

This team has shown up with commitment, kindness, humour, and a huge amount of integrity through every high and low of the year. Whether it was navigating busy periods, supporting patients through complex cases, or simply keeping each other going on tough days — they’ve carried themselves with genuine care and professionalism.

A big thank you as well to our amazing locums who stepped in throughout the year, especially during Jess and Jordan’s surgeries. Your support kept the clinic running smoothly and helped us maintain the level of care we’re proud of. I’m truly grateful.

Reading the heartfelt messages from the team reminded me how lucky I am to work alongside people who aren’t just talented at what they do, but are genuinely good humans. People who lift the culture, bring warmth, and make this place feel like more than a workplace.

Feeling grateful after that celebration — and excited for everything still ahead as we close out the rest of the year.

We’ve just kicked off year 4 of the clinic, and with it comes a few temporary changes! Around this time each year, we usually introduce a new team member. This year, we’re doing things a little differently—welcoming not one, but three new (temporary) faces!

At the end of February, both and will be taking some well-deserved time off as they recover from their hip surgeries. We’ll be looking after them to ensure they have a smooth and speedy recovery!

In their absence, we’re excited to introduce Eddie, Geena, and Jeri—our wonderful locum physiotherapists who will be stepping in to ensure you continue to receive the same high-quality care.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this time, but we’re confident we've brought on great minds and hands to help!

Three years ago, I set a secret goal for myself; to grow the clinic to a point where we could host a staff Christmas party. This year, that dream became a reality. I feel so grateful to have these two incredible physios on this ship. and , your dedication inspires me to keep pushing harder every day.

2024 has been a wonderfully productive year for the growing JWP team!

We're very grateful for the team at for giving us their time in March to upskill and educate us on what is happening in the world of nutritional support.

Big thanks to Jonty from coming in this month to update us on the latest in physio equipment and utilities available to us.

We're growing and learning rapidly day by day and there's no sign of slowing down. Thank you to all our awesome supporters who allow us to keep doing what we love.

I had this super cool idea on how I was going to celebrate this important day with my team today. Today is the 2nd year anniversary of the business, Jess's 1 year anniversary since joining us, and Jordan's official first day (all at once!).

Unfortunately, I've been riddled with sickness this past week, shutting down any plans I had to be with my team today.

Instead, these two incredible gals stepped up big time and delivered a superb service for all my patients during my absence today. The feedback I've received from patients today has been so warming and assuring.

So, although not quite the type of celebration I had hoped for, I must praise and commend and for demonstrating exactly why they are the best physiotherapists I could ask for to be on my team.

Thank you both for being part of this special day, and thanks again to all our clients and supporters these last 2 years in business.

And then there were three! I'm very excited to announce the newest member of the Jeff Wang Physio team - Jordan! She's an exceptional human destined for great things in the physiotherapy world.

Jordan formally starts next week on the 8th of Feb and will be working alongside me on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

It was such a joy to facilitate and present alongside my colleague last night - speaking on the topic of pelvic health physiotherapy and it's integration to broader musculoskeletal practice.

Being able to offer her specialised skillset has been immensely valuable for our new patients as well as some existing clients too.

The feedback and love for as part of the team has been overwhelmingly positive and successful for us.

As of next week she is formally available and taking appointments on Mondays - meaning you can now schedule with her Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
