We just held our first international retreat!

Melly and I are in the afterglow of Elemental Magic, our Bali retreat held at

23 of us, held in the heart of the jungle.
Surrounded by an abundant organic farm, vibrant plant life, and the kind of nature that reminds you what it means to slow down and feel.
This land is alive.
You could feel it in every session. A deep, pulsing presence that guided so much of what unfolded.
And truthfully… what unfolded went far beyond anything we had planned.

In typical retreat fashion, we arrived prepared but were ultimately led by the energy of each day.
What came through was deeper, more potent, and more transformative than we could have mapped out.
We were so deeply supported by an incredible team.
and held the space with so much care offering three powerful somatic dance journeys and anchoring both us and our guests every step of the way.

And we were lucky to be joined by two beautiful guest facilitators:
, who brought through the most powerful elemental storytelling, and , who guided deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra and Yin sessions.

In between it all…saltwater pool dips, long hot tub hangs, massages, sauna sessions…
and moments of integration that felt just as powerful as the workshops themselves.

We acknowledge the land, elementals and spirits of Bali for holding us throughout these 4 days.
We’re so grateful for every single person who said yes to this overseas retreat and the incredible energy they contributed…
And we can’t wait to reconnect soon for our integration call 🤍

I thought Light Language was complete nonsense… until it came through me.
(Activating through my hands before my voice!)

Sammy’s story…

In 2019 I experienced the awakening of dormant channelling gifts which ultimately changed my life.
This happened at a women’s retreat where I found myself in a deep process of letting go.

A release of old energy surged through my body - my spine, hips and vocally.
This energy felt like many generations of feminine wounding, releasing and alchemising through my body.

Once the process settled, my hands started moving and I felt energy wanting to dance with the movements of my hands.
I had no idea at the time that this was the portals of my hands opening to transmit light code frequency…

A few months later, a friend told me about this thing called ‘Light Language’.

Being a very pragmatic and analytical person, naturally I thought this sounded like utter nonsense.
Until I heard it myself for the first time…

I was guided to attend an online Light Language Activation via Zoom and as soon as the facilitator shared her languages my body started shaking and I could feel in my bones that this was not just ‘gobbledygook’. This was not ‘made up’ and my whole being resonated with the frequency being shared.

We were then guided to open our own voices. Once I finally allowed my mind to take a backseat (which took some time) my languages poured out of me, like the floodgates had been kept closed for lifetimes and now they were finally free…

Memories come through of me speaking these languages as a child…to the trees, gardens, grass and all parts of nature.

Activating these languages ultimately transformed my connection to my creativity, myself, energy work and the world around me.

I often describe what I do as “Reiki using my Voice” - and I believe we all have this Gift within us.

Your origins lie far beyond this world… and your voice knows the way back.

My Light Language was activated at Mana upon the Onyx Stone 8 years ago….

Everyone’s light languages come to them in their own way but these dormant codes that lie deep within us are just waiting to be activated. They remind us that we are more. That our origins lie in stardust and the space between our particles.

My languages came in a storm of fire upon an onyx stone. For 18 months I had felt myself growing as tall as the ceiling while doing treatments. In fear I had made myself small over and over - afraid of what was trying to be unleashed in me. But that day in the chapel at Mana the power overtook me, not willing to wait a moment longer. My body shook and sweat streamed down my body as thunder roared out of me. My power had begun its return.

For most people the path in is more gentle. One thing is for sure though, speaking languages activates other people’s languages and when you have a collective environment of people allowing the full expression of their power to come through, it provides a platform for more people to find the magic within.

Samantha and I are back to Mana in August - this time with the full spotlight on light language. Do you need to have yours? Absolutely not - this is for those drawn to the sounds, the power, the frequencies, the light. It is for those who want a homecoming, a remembering, an imbibing of collective love and harmony without judgement, without shame - just freedom.

Karma is not personal, it’s magnetic. Everything by order of polarity creates an opposite and we by nature are a magnetic force that is drawn towards or away from other magnetic forces. Because most of this is done at a subconscious level, the more we can get to know what our subconscious is up to, the more we are able to affect and eventually direct the magnetic forces that are operating in our field. This directing of the energies is the alchemy of manifestation.

My understanding on this incredible realm has never been made more clear than when my mother visited me after our Break Free retreat and told me that our karmic cords were now completely dissolved. The thread that had bound us through time and space had been returned to the great Oneness. That is what is so mind blowing about this work that we do. If you ever wonder what it’s all for, know this…..the more we get to know ourselves, the more we see our patterns. The more we see our patterns, the more we see our blocks. The more we see our blocks, the more we can dissolve into compassion for all that our soul has been through and compassion for ourselves leads to compassion for others. Healing isn’t just getting better, healing is the softening into a true acceptance of where we are right now, joy in the present moment, appreciation for all those in our life that show us something about ourselves, particularly the bits we don’t like, because those are the bits that we need to love the hardest.

The great energy of the Cosmic Oneness is always available to us - even in our darkest hour. Every time we have an interaction with a living soul, whether it is flicking the finger to a person that insulted us or loving an animal or thanking our food, we are creating a magnetic force within us that determines where our field leans. These threads work across time and space and might not always show immediately or even in this lifetime but they certainly are always leading us towards or away from density. We are in the doorway between two dimensions right now where we are being called to release our attachment to absolutely everything, to take a great leap of faith in humanity. But we are also in a portal of endless possibilities whereby we can bend time, rewrite the past, change timelines and meet all the non linear versions of ourself (which is why our dreams are so whack right now!). The more work we do, the faster we release our density and the more we magnetically move towards a lightness of being. You have more power than you realise, more choice to love than you know but it starts with you.
