They need fewer promises and better structure.
Non-negotiables aren’t about doing more — they’re about doing the right things consistently.
That applies to how you train, how you eat, and how you manage your energy.
Pick 1-3 habits you can protect even on hard weeks.
Let them compound.
Let everything else be flexible.

The food pyramid has officially changed — and it actually makes sense now.

Protein is no longer an afterthought.
Carbs aren’t the foundation by default.
Fat isn’t feared.

The new pyramid reflects how our bodies actually work:
• muscle maintenance
• blood sugar control
• hormone health
• long-term results (not quick fixes)

👉 Build meals around protein
👉 Add plants for fibre + micronutrients
👉 Include fats for satiety & hormones
👉 Use carbs strategically, not mindlessly

This is how I structure nutrition for fat loss, muscle gain, and real life — not diet culture.
