We’re heading back to Turanga Creek for another morning of movement, coffee and seriously good vibes!
Running on Sunday 1st March from 9-10:30am, you’ll start with a one-hour Pilates class beside the vines, then finish with coffee or iced chocolate from .grace.bar (+ sweet treats!)

Core Strength was born shortly after my Pop passed away in July 2016. The name Core Strength is in reference to strength from within.
I have always had a love for pilates and the way it makes your body, look, function and feel. Its a discipline that you can carry with you for life and it enables your body to remain functional, promoting your spinal mobility and promoting joint health, flexibility and core stability.
I had trained in pilates mat instruction in September 2013 and worked in various studios before I decided to develop my own following and clients.
I opened my own studio late November 2017 and have gradually developed a really fun and inviting culture in the studio.
I continue to upskill and complete further courses and learnings year on year.
The studio continues to go from strength to strength and look forward to eventually expanding the studio in size and focusing on bringing health and wellness into the studio.
